This App is not intuitive and no longer informs me when I receive a notification. So not very helpful at all.
The app won't let me top up the balance for my sons lunch. Never had an issue before now. I've tried deleting and reinstalling it but the issue persists.
There really needs to be an option for separated parents to have their own apps. Or at least let you pay for clubs individually and have it known which parent is booking. If my ex doesn't bother paying and gets into debt I can't use any of the clubs when I need too.
The app was fine to begin with but I'm no longer receiving push notifications which means I'm constantly missing messages. I've checked my settings and definitely have allowed notifications from this app. It's very frustrating.
Boy I, have sat here and wrote and rewrote my comments a few times and the word that always comes up is snitching. This app snitches on kids even good kids. Don't use this app if u have a sen kid because u will get pointless messages on bad behaviour
Not a good experience. Many elements of the app are badly laid-out, and unclear. Had quite a few stability / crash issues (using a OnePlus 8T which can handle the load without blinking). Paying for anything is a chore, no autofill options. The "reporting" element in particular is poor. I'm registering this against the app, though of course it may be down to the school setting layouts etc, but a good app wouldn't allow a school to use the layouts I see!
Usually good for what it is supposed to do. But now, I cannot open the app, and it dosent say where or how to fix it. More info need for when things go wrong.
Was great but now does not work since latest update. Latest update seems to have added bugs not fixed them. Update 28/03/2022 Just reduced rating from 2 to 1 star as it is now almost unusable.
Balance hasnt updated since monday 21st? Is there a problem?
Was OK for booking services rubbish for contacting the school but the last 24 hours the app just won't open! Can't even book/pay for anything
